Using Coir And Wood Pulp Fibre Pots For The First Time

by Mars

With a printout of our 2021 vegetable planting plan in hand, and a box full of seeds from DT Brown, we spent a few hours seeding all the vegetables we’ll be growing this year. What’s exciting is that we’ve ditched the plastic containers and are using coir and wood pulp fibre pots for the first time.

Both sets of pots are 100% natural and biodegradable, and we’re really keen to see how they hold up over the seeding process. We’ll film an update in May when it’s time to put the bulk of them in the ground.

If you’d like to find out more about the coir pots, please visit the Coir official website here. If you’d like to find out more about the smaller fibre pots, you can get more information on Amazon.
