We enjoyed our first strawberries of the year today, a delicious variety called Rhapsody. We’ve been really busy and distracted with a lot of small projects this week and we had forgotten about them, so the first batch was really ripe, but we’ll now be harvesting every other day to enjoy them at their prime. You can’t beat a homegrown strawberry; the smell, the sweetness, the flavor. Exquisite.
