As we move ahead into unknown times, tonight we had kale and butternut squash curry.
The kale is from our garden, but the butternut was supermarket purchased. By the summer, we hope to be harvesting a lot of our own vegetables and making meals like this from our own produce. That is what we’re aspiring for.
This curry is incredibly delicious. It’s packed with flavour, it’s nutritious, and it’s a winner. Our plan is to grow our own pumpkins, spinach and kale, which should lead to some incredibly delicious meals.
