Excellent customer service: The Heating Boutique and Salus

We have two Salus iT600 smart thermostats, one in the downstairs guest room, the other in the TV room, which call for heat. The one in the guest room recently stopped working, and we contacted The Heating Boutique, the online store we purchased the units from.

We reported the issue to the customer service team and received a response within a couple of hours. After some questions relating to the fault, they replied on the same day that they had been in touch with Salus and that a new replacement unit would be despatched to us with 48 hours.

True to their word, we had the new unit 72 hours after it had stopped working. No quibble. It states on the Salus packaging that the unit has a 5 year warranty (our was approaching a year), and we are super impressed by the speed in which our issue was resolved.

This has gone a long way towards building customer loyalty in a crowded space where there are many competitors. The Salus products we have are easy to use and install, and the fact that they are so efficient in replacing units that have malfunctioned has been extremely heartening.

Credit must go to The Heating Boutique and to Salus. Thank you for the excellent customer service and speedy resolution.

It took less than five minutes to set up the new Salus and our guest bedroom is back online.
