Mango & Coconut Recipe

  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups oat milk
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup tinned mangoes – either chopped or blended
  • 1 cup omega seed mix (such as flaxseeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.)



1. Prepare the Chia Seed Pudding:
* In a mason jar, combine chia seeds, oat milk, coconut milk, ½ teaspoon of Turmeric, and maple syrup.
* Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
* Close the mason jar and give it a good shake.
* Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like consistency.



2. Make the Mango Puree:
* Drain the tinned mangoes.
* Blend until smooth and creamy.
* If it’s too thick, add a splash of water 



3. Assemble the Jars:
