About Us

In 2018 we left our city lives in exchange for wellies, nature, fresh air and a more sustainable lifestyle. We moved into a Victorian long farmhouse that was built in 1850 surrounded by rolling hills, ancient oak trees, farmland and beautiful wildlife.

Life is now slower and more mindful, but there is never a dull moment, between renovating the farmhouse and adapting to country life, and we had a sharp learning curve full of blood, sweat and tears, and most importantly laughter.

Our two cats, Olive and Leopold, are also along for the ride and they have their own daily adventures.

When we moved here, we struggled to put up a shelf between us, but that has all changed. In four short years we have refitted bathrooms, renovated the utility room, upgraded the central heating system, rebuilt the crumbling chimneys, upgraded windows and doors, built sheds and log stores, planted an orchard, built a vegetable garden and gently dragged this beautiful farmhouse into the 21st century with an assortment of smart home gadgets and accessories.
