How to make an autumn wreath – foraged, natural and zero waste

by Kirsten

This year we gathered a mixture of wild flowers, grasses, leaves and branches from our garden, dried them, and then used them to create a free and sustainable autumn wreath. We hope that this video inspires you to get outdoors whether it’s your garden, a park or the countryside and forage the beautiful foliage that nature provides us at this colourful, melancholic time of the year. All you will need is some string or wire, secateurs and a natural grapevine wreath base.

This also makes for a beautiful, inexpensive handmade gift for someone special and the process of making it is relaxing and therapeutic. Enjoy the video.

We would like to thank Felco for sponsoring this video. We used the Felco 300 and Felco 8, along with the Felco 701 gloves.
