Solar PV April record

April was a ridiculously sunny and pleasant month. We had a lot of blue sky with very little cloud cover, and this reflected in our solar PV production leading to a Home Farm solar PV April record.

According to the SolarEdge app, we generated 809.39kWh of power (about 27kWh per day) beating last year’s mark of 646.31kWh. This is a staggering 163kWh more that equates to about 5.5kWh of power more per day.

This yet another reaffirmation that solar does work in the UK when it’s installed in the correct orientation and pitch.
