Today we're going to make a delicious homemade parsley sauce to go with our plaice fillets, which is a great summer meal and very easy to make. On the side, we're going to have long stem broccoli, buttery parsley potatoes and asparagus, but you can use any other vegetables that you like to have with fish.
We had lunch at Dylan’s in Criccieth and this was one of the best meals we’ve had in a while. We’re both foodies and appreciate a good quality meal, and have largely stopped eating out because restaurant food is generally extremely average nowadays and overpriced, so it was refreshing to have a good meal.
